Petition against a debt claim, 1909
Petition by Bibi Mah, daughter of the late Mashhadi Ja‘far and wife of the late Zal Khan from Bardaj, to Ayatollah Ra’is al-‘Ulama’, expressing that the claim of Habib Allah, son of Mashhadi Musa from Bardaj, about Zal Khan's debts to him is not true. Additionally, Muhammad Kazim (the musician of the Security Department and Habib Allah's brother) has confirmed the complaint, and has requested to call Habib Allah in order to review and resolve the issue. A note written by Ayatollah Ra’is al-‘Ulama’ with his seal is on the margin.

Power of attorney given to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, by Muhammad Ja‘far Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, son of Haji Muhammad Ibrahim Tajir from Shiraz, for six months from the time of this contract in order to get his rights and what is owed to him, from Khanum Hajiyah (wife of Muhammad Shafi‘ Tajir from Abu Shihr [Bushihr]) and her sister (wife of Muhammad Riza), daughters of Haji Muhammad Husayn from Kazirun. Settlement between Mirza Jalal al-Din, son of Haj Muhammad Ibrahim from Shiraz, and his brother, Haj ‘Abd al-Ghaffar, over a financial matter worth thirty tumans, a partnership contract, and paternal inheritance, in exchange for one hundred dinars and one misqal [unit of weight] of crystal candy. Additionally, Bibi Akhtar, wife of Jalal Allah, settled all her rights with Haj ‘Abd al-Ghaffar for one hundred dinars and three misqals of crystal candy. Dated January 20, 1921.
